The exclusice holiday home is situated at 50m from the white sandy beach of Costa Calma, in a small park-like resort consisting of 5 houses. Very quiet because the terraces with sea view in front of the holiday homes are situated on a gentle hillside and behind the houses is the footpath. This makes the area very pieceful and quiet without noise from the road. Every house is situated in an enclosed garden and has an individual huge terrace with sea view. Shops, restaurants, car rentals and banks are conveniently located at 100m distance.

The near beach with fine sand offers a variety of activities s.a. kite surfing, windsurfing, swimming, scuba diving, katamaran sailing, deep sea fishing. It is also possible to play tennis, golf, hiking, horseback riding, camelback riding or visit the zoo with its large cactus garden.
